All order will have 4% processing fee.  By purchasing from TS Custom Cycles, the customer understands that TSCC is not liable for products manufactured by other companies.  We take no liability for manufactures, shipping companies and thier procedures and policies.  By purchading thru TSCC you are in the understading that are revicieng a product made by another company and therfore can not hold TSCC liable for another companies product. TSCC is not liable for damages accorued by shipping componies, incorrect instalation or any miss use of products sold.  Most products come with a manufactured warrinty.  Please contact us for assisantce with any issues.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are usually processed within 48-72 hours after the order has been placed. For Affirm, Afterpay & Synchrony, orders will take 3-5 buisness days.
Custom or special order items may take longer to process, typically 5-10 business days.

Shipping Methods:

All Shipping methods are based on Manifature's time and can range from 2 days-up to but not limited to 8 weeks.  Wheels tpically take 8-10 weeks.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Packaging:

Rest assured that all items will be securely and safely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Fragile or high-value parts will be packaged with additional protective materials, such as bubble wrap or foam padding.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. You can view the estimated shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before placing your order.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order status by logging into your account.

International Shipping:

Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply. Contact us for international shipping

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an agreed Refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of shippers error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).   Some places require a restocking fee.  This is set by the manufacturer and not TSCC.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
