Magnetic Bolt Cover Kit

These are made per order.  regular colors take 2-3 weeks, custom colors take 4-6 weeks

Here at the shop we don't hate the look of bolts. But we understand that you probably do...

But what we do hate is plastic bolt covers that are glued or melted on, faded, and basically disposable. That was the inspiration for designing and machining our own engine dress up kit.

Made from steel with high temp and high strength magnets inside, these kits make servicing your bike easy and hold on tenaciously while setting your bike apart from the rest.

Kits include covers for all the bolts on your rockers, transmission, primary, head bolts (on twin cam) and cam cover. They are powdercoated and since they're steel, there's no glue to fail! The magnet holds itself to the cover and the cover to the bolt. Wickedly simple. Made with genuine sweat shop labor, right here, on our own CNC lathe, which was also made in the USA.

FAQ:

How long until i receive them? - Assembly time is up to 2-3 weeks, depending on the color, but often we have standard colors in stock! Custom colors take longer as they're 1 off kits and made to order!

Will They Fall Off? - No, they wont. Several customers have totaled their bike and their covers stayed on.

Do you have chrome? - Almost. We are close to taking Pre-Orders for Chrome... The first batch is in production and will release soon.

What color do i need? - Choose your color from the drop down and the picture will show your selected color. Additionally you can email us for recommendations.

Will they stick to my bolts? - OEM Harley bolts are zinc coated alloy steel. They are not aluminum and not stainless steel, which are both not magnetic. If you haven't replaced your bolts the covers will hold to them just fine.

Do they fit Indians/Evo's/Sportsters? - Not yet. Were working on adding sizes!

How do i remove them? - Some are easy enough by hand. If they are down in a hole we find a needle nose pliers to work. Electrical tape can help prevent scratches.

Can i get a raw set? - No, we don't sell raw sets. Sorry!

What about my Evo/Sportster? - We're working on those fitments and they will release soon!

Order Processing Time:

Orders are usually processed within 48-72 hours after the order has been placed. For Affirm, Afterpay & Synchrony, orders will take 3-5 buisness days.
Custom or special order items may take longer to process, typically 5-10 business days.

Shipping Methods:

All Shipping methods are based on Manifature's time and can range from 2 days-up to but not limited to 8 weeks.  Wheels tpically take 8-10 weeks.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Packaging:

Rest assured that all items will be securely and safely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Fragile or high-value parts will be packaged with additional protective materials, such as bubble wrap or foam padding.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order status by logging into your account.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an agreed Refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of shippers error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).   Some places require a restocking fee.  This is set by the manufacturer and not TSCC.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
